Dunamis Leadership
Dunamis nurtures leadership from within. Rather than becoming dependent on an 'expert', spiritual experience and understanding grows and people are equipped to give a lead to others.
In the course of a Dunamis Track (series) there is an ongoing process of discernment. We seek to identify potential future Dunamis leaders, whilst recognising that for many people their sphere of service will rightly lie within the local church setting.
All members of an event Leadership Team are current members of the Dunamis Fellowship. Overall responsibility for each event rests with the Track Director, who is appointed by the Dunamis Fellowship, and the Director draws together a team to cover key ministries:
- Worship Leader
- Intercession
- Hospitality
- Administration
- Personal Prayer Ministry
- Teaching
